@ASUSIndia I have already escalated this multiple times. NCH grievance INBGC000202609073767 and my consumer complaint are also pending.
@ASUSIndia, please review this case once more and provide a reasonable goodwill resolution. I am willing to contribute up to ₹5,000.

@ASUSIndia ASUS later offered a Green Cycle motherboard for ₹26,953.93 as the “final” resolution, despite the laptop costing ₹36,784.
I also tried two independent chip-level repairs in Bengaluru, but neither could repair the motherboard.

@ASUSIndia @ASUSIndia My ASUS Vivobook 15 motherboard failed after ~23 months of very light use. The authorized service centre confirmed no physical damage or liquid ingress.
ASUS first quoted ₹41,036.82 for replace

@ASUSIndia I have already filed a National Consumer Helpline complaint (INBGC000202609073767) and an e-Daakhil consumer complaint, which is currently pending scrutiny. I am requesting ASUS leadership to review this case once more.

@ASUSIndia The authorized service center confirmed there was no physical damage or liquid ingress. ASUS has also confirmed in writing that ₹26,953.93 is its final resolution and that component-level repair is not offered

@ASUSIndia @ASUSIndia I’m opening a new thread because my ASUS Vivobook 15 motherboard failure remains unresolved despite multiple escalations. ASUS has offered ₹26,953.93 for a Green Cycle MB on a laptop purchased for ₹36,784. Two independent chip-level repair attempts have also failed.
