As for using the fuel, ammonia can be made without the Bash process, as the decarbonised Methane results in Hydrogen.

As for petrol, sulphur free can be made via the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis which also makes it lead + Cobalt Free! So cleaner than the ULEZ measurements! -
