@Dima_Fone@MasonReact I agree. Most CPU bound games there is jitter or stuttering. Aside from that it could cause alt tab issues or freezing on some systems with older hardware. Works great for frame generation and lower end CPUs though.
@jordansdogma Yeah but most people don’t have enough creativity. Although adding too much shit does add a bit of calories because what I made still pretty heavy.
@jordansdogma I lost like 50 pounds just eating ground beef and rice with like veggies or swapping in some tofu. Now I just eat chicken salad and occasionally the rice, protein and veggie combo but I’m looking to get to weights so might need my chinese dog food soon again maybe.
@IShowHuzz@iichama511@wazerFPS@x1lly I agree. If a system is struggling heavily then someone could perceive an improvement with this edit but better off fixing those other problems in the system than relying on this one tweak. Saying this solely makes “aim smoother” is bullshit and has a misconfigured system
@Aarjun1x@x1lly Probably something else wrong with your system. But quick potential bandaid solution is to remove cpu 0/1 from the game and see. Only would be a temporary solution to a bigger issue overall though
@wazerFPS@x1lly This toggle been around for YEARS and older windows even shipped with 0x26 before. So there is little to no harm to configuring a system like this. You are just hinting the scheduler to prioritize the foreground apps more frequently.
@wazerFPS@x1lly The setting he mentioned can be toggled to prioritize Programs (0x26) or Background Tasks (0x18) and can be done easily in Windows control panel UI. Windows ships 0x2 by default to as a safe middle ground. No other value should be done unless you want more problems with the OS
