@ghoulrepublic @catsareblessing Shelters make me feel sad for this reason tho, so I usually don’t like seeing videos that try to make fun of the situation. And I’ll be honest, I didn’t listen to the audio on this. But most shelters don’t have the funds to afford bigger spaces so it’s kind of the norm sadly.

@ghoulrepublic @catsareblessing Yeah they usually rerelease feral cats back into cat communities, but not cats who were lost pets or kittens. Some need care to get them back into good health and wouldn’t make it if released.
The cages suck, but most nonprofits give them time to run around in larger spaces.
