Instead… we have tyrants, that ram through bills over & over, year after year until they pass

Unless you’re calling, emailing, & showing up every single day, they inevitably pass.

This completely defeats the purpose of having a republic because it’s impossible to keep up with every single bill for the average person. They use that as an exploit to justify their tyranny.

They’ve bent the good will of the Citizens so far believing it will never break…. I think they’re wrong.

Best ways to fix adrenal fatigue

Stop drinking coffee. Stop all caffeine for 30 days or longer. Time to reset

Master sleep hygiene and morning sunlight

Start the day no carb with 6-8 oz of steak or bison with some salt

Make sure your fatigue isn’t just mineral imbalance get those electrolytes right

Zone 2 or Maffetone method for all your movement don’t over train or get to anaerobic
