@AerithEnjoyer1 Her being a woman doesn't break the curse. Merry stabbed the Witch King with the barrow blade specifically made to undo the curse. She just finished the job. It was explained pretty badly in the films.
Me: I plan to genetically engineer a dog that can survive car temperatures up to 130 degrees. I plan to make man's lowest maintenance friend
Kevin O'Leary: Its a no from me
Alex Karp: Intriguing. Tell me, would the dog suffer in the car? Would its suffering be... exquisite?

@DualRailgunLuce Speaking from personal experience. Every cheap PSU I've bought has turned into a smoke machine. Usually with a loud bang and flash. They can easily destroy other PC components or even create significant fires. So its something you should never cheap out on.
@11975MHz Happens with Toslink too. I was really confused why my headphones would suddenly stop playing audio. For years I'd just have to restart my PC, then finally saw this same solution which fixed it.
@Aquamarine36585 Tbh just get a heavy maglite. People can argue that a pocket knife is "planning for conflict." You also have more reach and can dazzle someone at range with it's light, giving you time to run or strike.
@7babalon7 Ozone generators can get rid of weird smells, at least for a while. Long enough for you to sell it. Also works pretty well for cars that have been heavily smoked in.
@_Zojka Beef tallow specifically is very expensive in the UK, about Β£8 for a small jar. You don't want to use too much of it though since the flavour is a lot stronger than dripping. Idk if Americans think the two are the same but I've never heard of them talk about dripping.
@ShitpostRock2 Idk if this is true but someone explained it to me before saying "if CP is found on a drive, the entire drive is counted. It's not some poor cop sorting and counting all of it."
@Shadzey1 Idk how you'd use hemostatic gauze in a negative way and a medical larper probably won't spend the small fortune they cost to own one. At some point you need to trust that those who have a medical kit may just know what they're doing.
@GenAI_is_real I did quite a bit of embedded engineering at uni so I'm used to working with 8-16 MB of RAM and slow clock speeds so I hyper optimise. I talked to someone very senior where I work about PC software and he said "idc about all that, I just want it to be stable then move on"
@mikejt4 The new ones use LEDs now which should be even cleaner (for the person getting an xray). Didn't even realise LED technology had advanced so much. I found that out a few months ago when I broke my leg on holiday so I've seen quite a few different machines now.
