Today, I worked 8 - 5, I ache like a fucker, everything hurts, I’ve walked over 9 miles, but my brain is buzzin!
My body has just sunk into a hot Epsom salt bath and I’ll be covering myself in magnesium oil before bed.

Same again tomorrow 💪🏻

First official day in my new job.

I’ve gone from sitting at a desk for a five hour shift, but it was so mentally draining I had convinced myself I couldn’t work more than five hours as I needed a kip.
