@AmazonUK@JeffBezos I have 2 disputes with Amazon. I have ordered 2 MacBooks and got older models. When returning I have been accused of sending the wrong item on one and the other the customer service refuses to reply!!!! I have now got my credit card to do a charge back :((
@AmazonHelp@AmazonUK@JeffBezos Amazon isnโt what it used to be. They have outsourced to India and the customer service team donโt take the side on the customer anymore. Even though the company is a multi billion dollar company it is still going after my money after doing me wrong. #STAYAWAYFROMAMAZON
