3.Don't rely only on just Etherscan data!
Considering the more wales own certain nft collection the least there is chance that after exiting, price will plunge. 3/3
2. Quantity is not quality! To be frank here. At the moment 10k and more collectibles start to be very easy to generate for anyone with a number of tools and services and it takes seconds. That's why it makes more sense to focus on small quantity, handcrafted collections.2/3
What do I look for when investing in a #NFT project:
When you buy into an NFT project, you are placing a bet on the community and dev team of that project.
Let's say community and dev team is outstanding. What else to look into?
How much of your crypto wealth should be in #NFTs?
Volatility and uncertainty make NFTs very risky. This depends a lot on how much you want to risk.
Generally my rule is to keep my eth:nft ratio more on the ether side, as my NFTs go up i sell or buy more ether with fiat.
5/Team
There is a opinion that if the team is anonymous, means it's probably a scam. I do not share this opinion!
Two main reason that justify the choice to stay anonymous:
Security/personal #data protection
Personal preferance/refusal of being a public figure.
4/Utility
Some #NFTs have extra benefits besides you being the owner of a piece of art.
Payout of an ERC-20 token, which is easily convertable to money through Uniswap pools.
Ticket for real-life events: For example you can be invited to the parties organised by the project.
