It seems it has arrived or something has arrived, I’m not really sure what to do with it. I still can’t put it into new packing as it says no data. It is definitely a package but how do I put it into new packing order as shown in the tutorial I got?

@kfridayofficial It seems it’s only in postbox, there’s no package anywhere else, if I go to incoming it says no data yet. I can only see a package in postbox. There is an add item information?

@soyomo_official I alr looked at it, in the video shown it says to go on packing and new packing and I did but when I select it says no data and there’s nothing to select

On my order details it says delivered but when I try filling out the packing request nothing shows up, It says no data, what am I meant to do?
