A few months ago this dog was living in a homeless shelter on Skid Row. The case workers heard the dog screaming and saw his “owner” breaking his leg. Look at Junior now! You can still see the scar on his leg 💔But he’s doing great and will never be abused again. And, no, the abuser was not arrested. It’s Los Angeles after all!
