If Gebura is stronger than Kali that would mean Tanya is at least equivalent to Kali at her best

@LibaryOfMiduna @horcruckss the changes feel more like they're there for gameplay reasons so her key page isn't super broken, but I can definitely see that as a plausible reason.
Same happens with Purple Tear, either the key pages aren't 1x1 for those powerful enough or it's a gameplay reason.
