@sayareakd @Alfa20195 @CovertShores Yes sir, Prithvi is an air defence system, and its yaw trajectory is a good quality. But such trajectories aren't implemented in heavier missiles like AGNI and Shaurya. Pad is meant to interface missiles at 150-200kms so isnt as heavy as other two.

@Alfa20195 @sayareakd @CovertShores Thus its trajectory is easy to determine and intercept. Such won't be the case with HGV because it will follow improbable trajectory.Where as cruise missile(HSTDV) will be undetectable by ground radars cz of ground skimming and sheer speed.

HGV is powered by boosters till its out of atmosphere from there it re-enters atmosphere, gravity aids to speed and Mach 20+ speed is achieved. Agni 5 followes same principle and can achieve upto mach 24+,but its a conventional missle-

But HSTDV is going to be cruise missile powered by indigenous scramjet engine.Conventional missiles use solid rocket boosters and follow predictable path.Thus can be intercepted,wont be the case with cruise
