@PhtmCriminal I can't speak for everyone, but for me they hold equal importance. I'd suggest mixing them when referring to someone who uses more than one because speaking personally it makes me feel good that people are acknowledging my whole self.

My pronouns are she/they and I really wish that people would use they when referring to me.

I'm genuinely ok with both, but people seem to exclusively use she and it can feel a bit invalidating sometimes 😞
