We’re hard at work tonight on planning for our big youth event next Thursday in Mosley Mill!! We have a lot to plan for the night and we can’t wait to be running the workshops we’ve made for the local youth groups attending.
What’s going on outside can easily grow over and hide what’s going on inside.

This is a look I have created to show mental illness and how we can easily display ourselves with beautiful things to hide the scars underneath.
I joined @belfastpride and many others today for the @Love_EqualityNI March for Marriage Equality ❤️ was such a great day and I’m so happy to be part of an amazing movement of people who #demandchange 🏳️🌈
It’s time for the people who dictate what happens in Northern Ireland to see that people demand change. We need change for good in the backwards country. Join me and many others who want to make a difference in acceptance, love and equality ❤️ @Love_EqualityNI@belfastpride
Newtownabbey YC doing their bit for the community of Glengormley tonight by attending a litter pick. It was a great turn out by loads of local people and we’d like to thank members who helped out in the Baron Hall for keeping us organised and serving us yummy treats after!!

Hi we’re Oblivion. We are a mental health group based in Newtownabbey. Over a year ago we started a campaign to educate and help young people recognise a mental health illness. This campaign means a lot to us and we want you to be involved too!
The Facebook pole from yesterday stating that “young people’s voices aren’t heard enough by people in power” came to 97% agree with a 3% disagree. There were 67 votes cast. Time to change that.
Great day out today at the #niyouthassembly in Stormont Hotel for workshops surrounding Social Media, Mental Health, Community, Education and Descrimination. Followed by this was a debate in the chamber room in parliament buildings where young people have interesting opinions.
@ladygaga I’m giving you a million reasons to carry on and be strong Gaga. I really wish that I could be seeing you in a few days time, I’ve been really excited about it since I got the tickets, but, I hope that you get well soon and hopefully someday I’ll see you xoxo Andrew 💕
Congratulations to our newly elected Youth Council members. Adele, our new Chair person. Emalee, our new vice chair. Connor, our new secretary. Holly, our new treasurer and Andrew, our new social media officer!! We all hope to bring NYC to further opportunities. #NYC#welldone
