In the Holy Land Foundation Hamas-financing trial, federal prosecutors listed NAIT as an unindicted co-conspirator. A federal judge wrote there was “ample evidence” of NAIT’s association with Hamas.
NAIT’s own rule: once it is waqf, even the donor cannot change the purpose later.

Congressman Jamie Raskin’s wife has filed for divorce after he could no longer deny the allegations that he had a pretty steamy affair with former Congresswoman Liz Cheney while they worked together on the January 6 Unselect Committee.
