@PALaborIndustry What do you do when you finally get through to a PUA rep and you tell her that you filed your cert and now your balance is zero and ask what happens now? She tells you that you no longer qualify for PUA because youve exhausted your extension money.

@PALaborIndustry After realizing your not falling for her BS, she finally says updates for the March 11th extension isn't complete and I have to wait. I then ask why she acted like she didn't know about March 11th extension and she says "I'm just repeating what I was told"

@JonWitoutTheH @PALaborIndustry I had to disconnect from data. Use home Wi-Fi. Then clear Google cache. I'm sorry. Not sure what else to do but try using a laptop or computer. Use your mobile hotspot it you have one.
