🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP.

We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians.

It is time to EXPOSE IT ALL and end America's fraud crisis.

Hey @Centene @Amerigroup @molinahealth , you are complicit in choosing your business partners. You and your PBM partners actively destroy independent pharmacies by paying them <$1 while paying Walm, Walg,CVS >$15 for same thing. Shameful way of abusing taxpayer dollars.

There is now way these mail order places are filling 1000s and 1000s of these types of claims daily and are still in business. It doesn’t add up. This needs to be exposed and those of us affected should get reparations

@kpharmd12 @pcmanet I’d have to run our numbers to be sure but I’d say that somewhere between 50-60% of our daily claims are like your example with another 10-20% only being paid at a rate of 0.5-2% better. Absolutely ridiculous. We have to rely on our compounding business to make up for this.

Today, I am proud to introduce a House companion bill along with my colleague @RepAuchincloss aimed at breaking the monopoly PBMs hold on pharmacies across the nation.

The Patients Before Monopolies (PBM) Act would prohibit PBMs and health insurers from owning a pharmacy business, effectively ending their cartel over the drug delivery chain.
