@michaelgove @TelfordHomes are refusing to release a pas9980 report to leaseholders and directors of yeoman court E14 essentially putting us out of pocket to the tune of £80k. We have been working hard since June to get this report but now they've withheld it for 2 weeks for no reason.

@michaelgove @TelfordHomes Telford Homes have failed to provide a pas9980 report which has been with them for two weeks. Without this we are unable to secure c. 80k savings on our insurance. Telford are renaging on their developer pledge to help leaseholders.

@IKEAUKSupport hi there, my skarsta desk arrived today but didn't have any screws so the desk is just in bits with no way to put together. Is there any way to get these screws quickly!? I don't want to have to have a room completely out of use for up to 10 days. :(

@AnkerOfficial I have done so, but this is not the response I was hoping for. I was hoping for some more personable contact to try and get to the root of this issue quicker. I hadn't had the machine for 10 minutes before it broke :(
