@SkyHelpTeam Approximately 2 hrs ago - they could not test the line and it’s a problem with open reach. Everyone shifting the blame and we are the ones who are paying good money and not getting the service - unacceptable! Please can you help and look into this.

@SkyHelpTeam we are in Sible Hedingham, Essex Co9 3sb and have been without internet for TWO WEEKS! Open reach have been fixing an exchange box that was hit by a car - the job is apparently finished but we still have no internet. We have phoned you but nothing seems to be done!
