On February 8, 2026, I made a payment of ₦3,399,185.00 to them for a flight (proof attached below).

Due to the ongoing war, they decided to cancel the flight and sent a mail confirming this.

Let’s not even forget that they stated refunds take 3 weeks, but it has been over 2 months.

Whenever I call, they keep telling me I will receive it the next day or that the issue has been escalated, but nothing has changed.

On the fifth of March, they said they would process the refund, and till date, they have not done so.
They are no longer replying to my emails. It is already frustrating and exhausting.
