@G619096155636@SynthPotato Telltale IS back. They had their assets bought a while ago and were actively developing The Wolf Among Us. The first game is also over a decade old, so it's not unreasonable for a remaster. In fact, it's great for new gen consoles and to keep us busy for the second game.
@SparrowJolly@Pirat_Nation Honestly, it's not that bad as long as it's not getting anyone fired. Realistically, it's safe to assume major companies are using it. The good thing about it is that they're not relying on it for their product.
@Akh_Morning For some reason, my clock is out of sync and keeps resetting to 11pm. I already tried a clean install and use system time. Nothing works. Is there a way to fix this?
@TheToyJesus@drunken_magpie@Faisal935_ Do you realize how massive of an IP RE is? They made a risky take with RE 7 and 8 for an original story. In terms of lore, RE9 does great on expanding the story and going more in depth with the orphanage. So it's not just "nostalgia bait" It literally goes more in depth.
@TheToyJesus@drunken_magpie@Faisal935_ The whole story revolves around Raccoon City Syndrome. Notice the name? Of course it goes back to it because it's where it all started logically. It does make sense in the story, and even if nostalgia bait, they did a great job with its purpose.
@Rex_ART_98@VengeNocturnal LMAO?? He has enjoyed SEVERAL new games. Calling him a boomer of games just because he didn't like two games which were clearly losing their identity and dragging on is not his fault. It's an opinion.
@man46108@TerichoHorror Then don't take those reviews seriously? It goes both ways with people slandering creators for saying they don't like it. You can usually tell the difference between constructive criticism and just unnecessary hate. If it's just hate, then don't engage.
@bumble_bbgun What? You're telling me that the game that is purposely bad is more fun than a game with more expectations for lore and mechanics but ended up delivering everything poorly? I couldn't imagine why he would have higher expectations than the other.
@TJosher@mememasterm_ssb No? This is a RESKIN. They didn't create the game. It's a mod. Pricing things like this is why the modding community gets in legal trouble in the first place. It ruins the experience for everyone if one person gets in trouble and causes problems for the rest.
@DewEnjoyer Paying 10 dollars for a RESKIN for an IP they don't own in a modding community where people put even more effort into for free is why people are upset. Nobody is saying they can't be paid for their work, but not in this way. Although I don't agree with some of the words said.
@MichaelAlleged@nastyriff@DiscussingFilm You think all that budget went into cameras alone? Also, have you not seen the other 28 movies which were also shot with unconventional cameras? I guarantee you the equipment used doesn't ruin the quality of the movie.
@Cyberb22 @CultureCrave I get your point. Terrifier is mostly mindless fun in the splatter genre, so it's not really a standard horror movie. It's not really "scary" but it is disgusting and why a lot of people like it while others don't. Credit is due after he made 90 mil for Terrifier 3.
@Cyberb22 @CultureCrave Damien Leone has been working on Art the Clown as far as 2008 with many failed campaigns. So no. Not an industry plant. He worked his ass off.
@BevNotIncluded @CultureCrave The 9th Circle and All Hallow Eve's is not canon to the Terrifier universe as confirmed by Damien Leone. He probably means what Art was doing before Terrifier 1 when he was a mortal man.
@Psycommentary@CultureCrave He meant before Art came back to life. In the first movie, Art was a human man who was a violent serial killer. Damien said he's going to reveal his origins like how he became a killer when he was mortal.
