@BrendaB63153826 What a beautiful spot….so peaceful. I wish I had that. We used to. We have a beautiful back yard facing the forest, but last year a couple of big mouths moved in next door & they like to spend all their time outdoors “entertaining”. It’s like Grand Central station there *sigh*.

@Northerngold01 Yup. Halloween boxes of chocolates made their appearance this weekend. And on the night of Oct. 31st, once the stores close….all the little busy bees will be putting up Christmas stuff. Not that I mind that…I love Christmas…hubby & I are big kids at Christmas lol!

@CricketsMatter It’s all about convenience. In this day & age, ppl want stuff presto! At their fingertips. They’re too lazy to cook. I’ve seen ppl spend $45 on deli sliced oven roasted turkey (it’s still processed junk) when they could go buy a whole turkey & cook it up. Too much work.

@Northerngold01 Yup. My neighbour, who I grew up with & went to school with, smokes pot from sunrise to sunset. I don’t think shes had a stone-free day since 1974. Shes lazy AF, shes a hoarder and she has no energy to do yard work so her yard has the “natural prairie” look (aka weeds).
