A remarkable milestone and yet another proud moment for Tamil Nadu and Indian chess!
Congratulations to Ilamparthi A R on becoming India’s 90th Grandmaster and Tamil Nadu’s 35th!
A proud beneficiary of SDAT’s Champions Development Scheme, he clinched his final GM norm at the GM4 #Bijeljina2025ChessFestival in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Big yikes! Even more upsetting to see a psychiatrist mourning the death of a hateful man like Charlie Kirk.
A man who has openly said racist, sexist and homophobic statements out loud proudly multiple times and propogated it to it to the younger generation
It is upsetting to see the celebration of death of #CharlieKirk by the global left.
He was not a military man. He was not a politician. He was not an academic.
He was a simple Christian Conservative family man who was a thinker and discussant. Just because he held Conservative Values liberals of LGBTQ type and Islamists are united in celebration.
I will remember Charlie for one important thing. He showed the world that education is different from getting a degree.
Rest in peace, brother.
You fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith.

Banning sites like Libgen in India is not very helpful. Unlike other Western countries we don't have easy access to research and publications. Books are even more expensive. I can't afford to buy books in which I am myself a contributor.
