If stricture persist..
Either depends on motility of ureteric and extent of residual fibrosis..
Either laparscopic BMG urteroplasty vs nontransecting Anastomotic Ureteroplasty
I do them after minimal 12 weeks

Radiologicaly suspicion of adenocarcinoma.

⭕️Creation of High IRP environment caused:
1. Rupture of Fornix
2. GW perferoation
3. Subcapsular Extravasation Maybe with long OT Hematoma
🚩THM: Inject contrast every 20 min to see whats going on
