Beyond PTS and TBI, veterans battle a third invisible wound: Moral Injury manifests as profound shame, guilt, and a fractured sense of purpose. It attacks the very core of who our veterans believe themselves to be. 41.8% of combat Veterans experience some form of moral injury.
