@jordenvforeest Keep that in perspective that there are much better conditions than 6 years ago. When @MagnusCarlsen was promoting chess and organized online tournaments, build platforms, looked for sponsors, etc... to popularize chess, most of GMs just sit and wait for inviations.
@sammy_mendel@lularobs@chessContact I am saying that it's fine to ask questions... and it's not cool to insult people when they ask any question. Now, I understand that's new "culture" to do that. But I prefer to communicate in more civilized manner - like for example with you :)
@tinta_de_luz @CleominaChess Not you. I have nice, civilized chat with you. I appreciate it. I defended the person who asked "is that what you wear" or something like that. From my understanding everything was perfectly fine with dress code. And harassment was unacceptable and should be reported to arbiter.
@sammy_mendel@lularobs@chessContact I am telling my daughter that certain events has certain dress code - like, you don't expose body in the temple. Nothing more. I don't blame them what they were, actually I don't care. I don't know the whole incident but from what I see she should report that to arbiter.
@sammy_mendel@lularobs@chessContact Firstly: great job on research. Secondly: that's unacceptable and should be punished, there are arbiters on every tournament, I've seen many times that players are excluded from tournament. Finally: no, I am not saying that. Personally I don't care what people wear, but that's me
