@oheroutz@c_danick you clearly don't understand how markets work
- stop buying ps games/systems
- profits start to drop
- sony starts pushing for layoffs or studio closures where it can
- profits continue to drop
@xMBGx 4A) There was a time when you guys were the ones wanting to do that, Xbox turned you down because of the multiple Data Breaches/DDoS Attacks/etc. as it risked their end of things
5) Stop closing studios that don't make games, especially if you cancel a game they were working on
@xMBGx 2A) We don't mind if you want to have them be console exclusive for like a year or two, that makes sense
3) Destiny 3 [Marathon was a waste and is floundering hard]
4) Be more willing to allow cross play
@asha_shar Pass a message along to Matt
Never put ads in games
We don't mind product placement when it makes sense
But interrupting gameplay with full blown commercials is a fast-track way to kill the platform and any games that run them
@Feralyn_vt depends on the loophole I can use
the wording doesn't say anything about losing the money if I'm caught, so any VTuber will work
but if being caught by the VTuber irl means I lose the money, sorry Ironmouse...but 30 million would change my life
@OlManMakowski so that 500 Million dollars likely just got even more expensive since they would need to higher on [or higher back] people to start working on the game; which wouldn't see the light of day for 3-5 years on the low end
@OlManMakowski realistically speaking
why the fuck would they try to invest that much more money in the franchise when it is floundering so much?
Bungie as it currently sits employee wise can't handle running 2 live service games at once
@Vrified_Games The reason why things are failing right now is due to the AI Bubble; it is slowly killing off the gaming market; companies are still mini pushing out unoptimized shit hoping that people will just be able to either deal with it or pay out the ass for a better speced system
@Vrified_Games VR has been done all of what, like 2 or 3 times
The earliest most gamers are aware of would be the bomb that was the Virtual Boy from Nintendo
The most recent of course was during Covid, when every game on the market that had online capabilities popped off, including VR Chat
