The Morehead Police Department family is with great loss today with the passing of Patrolman James Sergent.

Sergent retired from duty in 2014, and will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and the Morehead community.

Those needing the Warming Center must arrive between 7-9 p.m. If no one shows by 9 p.m. the Warming Center will close.
