CVRI joins Morehouse students and students from the Arrow Youth Leadership Council for Gaming/AI ENTREPRENEURSHIP workshop. The students were guided through developing an AI research proposal and conducted an AI-driven activism workshop.

Exciting CVRI News: The Clinicians Leading Ingenuity in AI Quality (CLINAQ) Fellowship Program recently received $1.8 million in funding from the National Institutes of Health. The program aims to increase healthcare professionals’ involvement in artificial (AI/ML) applications.

C-BAR recently hosted their “Black Agency and Resilience” webinar, Education: A Present and Future Cornerstone of Black Resilience and Agency, webinar. The guests spoke about the responsibility of students to advocate for civil rights by following the Talented Tenth doctrine.

MSM announced it is one of three Historically Black Medical Schools (HBMSs) selected to receive an $18 million investment from Sanofi. This funding, distributed over 10 years, is intended to enhance the capacity of these institutions to promote diversity in clinical studies.

The CVRI teamed up w/ the AUC Data Science Initiative to share a booth, highlighting their collaborative efforts. One of the key presentations explored the social determinants of innovation, covering critical factors such as education, workforce development & policy frameworks.
