Last night was the last evening of the Winter Training Programme in the Arena. Our underage players: u7s to u14s were very lucky to have been taught the fundamental movement skills from Morey Movement. We would like to thank Chloe, Séadna and Shane for all their hard work!

The U15s began their Winter Training Programme tonight in Morey Movement & followed by the U14s who started their training in the Arena! We are very lucky in our club to have local heroes Chloe and Séadna facilitating this programme!
