Here's the thing.
The Clintons are never going to jail.
EVER.
Trump had AMPLE opportunities AND GROUND to direct his DOJ to pursue a criminal indictment against Hillary Clinton way back in 2016. Remember, "Lock her up?"
He did not.
The reason?
Because as much dirt as he had on Bill and Hillary Clinton, they had just as much on him.
@JoForLiberty They believe their money and influence will protect them. History has taught us that people who willfully give up their liberty for riches are useful idiots who are discarded by those who wield power over them. This is a lesson that our species has never learned
If you build the surveillance state, you eventually live in it.
The members of Congress who are crying that they were spied on did this to themselves.
End the Patriot Act. End FISA.
@elonmusk I don't trust Grok. It has been caught lying or withholding information because it's not politically correct. It will freely admit the error then give a lame excuse. I want a stoic Vulcan AI who will tell the absolute truth, the consequences be damned. I want MechaHitler.
Imagine you’re a farmer growing grain. It’s legal to harvest and sell that grain as is—maybe for bread or feed. But if a regulator tested it by first turning it into alcohol and said, “This could become whiskey, so your crop is illegal,” you’d cry foul, right? That’s exactly what’s happening with raw hemp material. THCa is a naturally occurring acid in the hemp plant, like nicotine in tobacco leaves or starch in potatoes—it’s non-intoxicating in its raw form, just a building block. It only becomes Delta-9 THC (the psychoactive part) if heated, like how grain ferments into beer or potatoes distill into vodka. Requiring tests that artificially “decarb” (heat) the sample to count THCa’s potential violates the Due Process Clause of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. Laws must give fair notice of what’s illegal (Kolender v. Lawson, 461 U.S. 352, 1983), but this punishes farmers for what the plant could become in a lab, not what it is in the field. It’s arbitrary enforcement, turning legal agriculture into a felony based on hypothetical manipulation. The Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. § 1621 et seq.) demands testing commodities “as they stand,” not as lab experiments—just like we don’t test tobacco for nicotine highs before harvest or potatoes for vodka potential. This protects farmers’ rights and keeps raw hemp a viable crop.
Now, picture this: You’ve got a hemp field ready for harvest, but your combine breaks down. Or a storm delays you a week. Suddenly, that 30-day pre-harvest testing window closes, and natural maturation pushes THCa levels up—what was legal is now a felony? It’s like forcing a wheat farmer to harvest at bloom stage because the test was 30 days ago; the crop isn’t ready, yields tank, but delay means jail. The USDA’s rigid 30-day rule (7 CFR § 990.3) ignores real farming realities—equipment failures, weather whims, or supply chain snags—and violates due process by lacking rational basis (United States v. Morrison, 529 U.S. 598, 2000). Farmers can’t control Mother Nature, yet this turns uncontrollable delays into crimes. That’s why we separate raw farm material from downstream liabilities: Test the plant as it stands, not on a fixed clock that criminalizes good faith. Fair regs mean flexibility, like post-harvest checks if needed, to keep hemp a rotational lifeline for rural economies (USDA ERS 2020 report).
We need laws that support farmers, not trap them. Share if you agree—let’s fix this before more fields go fallow! #HempFarmers #FairHempRegs
@SenRandPaul It makes perfect sense if you represent Big Pharma, or receive "donations" from them. William Randolph Hearst lied about cannabis back in the 1920's because hemp competed with the Fow chemical company (an ally of Hearst's) and they successfully had it classified as schedule 1.
"Thomas Massie is a democrat"
Here he is ensuring Democrats don't continue to endlessly trample your right to keep and bear arms.
Massie isn't your enemy.
Massie isn't a Democrat.
Massie isn't Liz Cheney Jr.
Massie isn't even Rand Paul Jr.
Massie is a champion of liberty.
Are all 40 minors who testified they were trafficked NOT credible???

This man is a GenX’er and he realized a long time ago that there was going to be no retirement for him.
“I sold all the things that I had, cashed in my retirement, and purchased some land out here in Tennessee to live on.
And now what I have to do is pay for permission to live on this land, buy permits, and I also have to pay taxes, every year, whatever amount they decide, forever, in this land of the “free”.
You can never escape this system they have built for us. There is no end to it. It goes on forever, until you die. This system, where we’re constantly paying a tithe to the government in hopes that they will do the right thing at some point, ever.”
"Whatever price they decide" is the icing on the cake.
Property Taxes are the biggest scam ever to force people to stay in the Matrix, in my opinion. We are never free. You're only as free as what you can afford. Perpetual property taxes should be abolished. You get taxed once when you buy it, and that should be it!
@wakeupusa Let them. No more @GOP . At least they @DNC is upfront with their corruption. The @GOP makes promises, breaks those promises and then blames the @DNC. I will never vote @GOP ever again.
