🚨🚨| Official statement from Manchester City:
“Manchester City strongly condemns the racist abuse directed towards Antoine Semenyo at yesterday’s match.
We welcome the swift action taken by Everton and the police to identify the individual responsible.
We are also incredibly disappointed to hear that Marc Guéhi was subject to a series of vile racist social media posts last night.
We will continue to offer our full support to both Antoine and Marc and never accept discrimination of any kind in our game.”
Sacking manager after manager. But now, there’s no managers left to sack. So who do they sack now, themselves? I’d suggest they rip up their entire ‘playbook’, gut out the board room, and try again. Either that or sell up and get out my club.
It doesn’t matter who you put in as a manager. Pep, Fergie, Jose… You name it. They couldn’t fix this mess.
As Rosenior goes, so should the Sporting Directors and Eghbali and his “genius” strategy. New SD, new coach, fresh start. Only way things can change.
Really damning stuff coming out from Marc Cucurella this morning. He’s throwing the owners under the bus. Says all you need to know about the state of things at Chelsea right now. Massive smack in the face the these owners and SDs.
Senior ‘leader’ questioning the project. Ouch
It’s not as simple as “sack the manager.” Rosenior shouldn’t have been here in the first place.
Point your anger at who brought him in and wasted £1.5bn on average potential, and the owners who enable them.
This is absolutely embarrassing. Rosenior out of his depth, Sporting Directors have no idea and continue to get away with murder, ownership don’t understand what they are doing.
Absolute joke.
🚨🚨| BREAKING: N’Golo Kanté’s move to Fenerbahce has COLLAPSED! 🇹🇷❌
Due to the incorrect entry of the relevant TMS data by Al Ittihad the deal collapsed.

Sporting Directors etc are now hugely influential in English football, and they often outlive the head coaches they help appoint
It’s time people in these positions were more available to speak to fans through the media, explain decisions etc, supporters too often left in the dark.
A coach’s ability to communicate through the media is seen as very important to the role these days, yet the guys above them barely do it all in English football - makes no sense
