@McDonaldsUK ordered at drive thru and was asked to wait (understood this) however to then wait after 5 cars who ordered after me and when the staff member approached my car with the order to then walk away and sort the others first and when I bring this up to be dismissed
Would also like to add the food was cold and the response from the staff member was completely rude when I had said I’m sorry but you’ve just walked around the car park with my order for the last 10 minutes and the response was just “ok” and they walked away not an apology

So after the 45 minute wait decided to go in to be told our order went “missing” what does this mean? How does our app order go “missing” not very impressed with the service received from Linwood McDonald’s only thing offered was an apology for the wait
