My neighbor was driving home last night from work at around 8:30pm and this guy followed her off the freeway and attempted to shoot her! Literally shot her steering wheel! Off Airbase/Waterman Blvd. Police report says this guy did this to multiple ppl. Be safe in Fairfield y’all.
