Normally @vueling is good, used them over 15 times in the last 6 months. But today, complete shambles whilst trying to fly to Barcelona from LGW for my girlfriends birthday. Flight left without us and told we couldn’t board! VY7833! Very disappointed with this service.

@MaiGoL7 @evedehaan @vueling No, @vueling also rejected mine by saying “according to our system, no denied boarding occurred”. Quite surprising, if they just looked into it they’d see only 1/3 of the plane was full!! Awful service from @vueling
