@BTCare had a few call backs one advisor in particular has been very unhelpful & rude. Been told it will not be setup until the 10th Jan.

@BTCare There was a fault. Been told by 5 different bt advisors that my order was cancelled and I had to wait 24 hours but they hadn't.

@bt_uk Worst customer service, I have ever experienced from bt for almost 2 weeks now. No one has helped or resolved my issue.
