It's taken this reporter some time to get media to correct what they had claimed her footage to show. When, from the start, she was quite clear what the footage did show. Others had similar footage corroborating what she had recorded.

A sign of the times. Audiences -- and filmmakers -- have to be encouraged to love human stories again. We need to be reminded that we can be sentient, thinking human adults again. Escapism has become an obsession, dulling our senses and public discourse.
