There are 2 things you should keep in mind during your strategic campaign. 1. Add your client to Google Alert.
2. Have a social media monitoring system track your client during the duration of your campaign. #SCOMup
Take a look at BRAND24. This is a wonderful software that gives users instant access to brand mentions across social, news, blogs, videos, etc. The software is a great tool to use to help with online reputation management! #ScomUp
In today’s Capstone course, Dr. Marshall explained the relevance and importance of Google Alerts. Google Alerts in a great way to monitor specific content throughout the web. Alerts allows you to get emails when new results for a specific topic show up in Google search. #ScomUp
