@aaronk7 Agreed. Been u/w many office deals & valuing them at land value. Just a sign of the times. WFH is great & all but won’t last. Hybrid Fridays equate to a 4-day work week. Fully remote equates to a 3-day work week. I’m in the office everyday & know it will pay off.
