@ElyseNotarianni Thank you! We really do try hard to make sure our student tenants have the best service from us. It upsets me when I see agencies/landlords treating tenants badly. Gives us all a bad name. Hope you get your issue sorted, or can find a better place to live with nice landlords! xx

@TailorSamuel @zillow I think you mean @MorganProps. We are student landlords of beautiful student houses in the UK. That's terrible about your smoke alarms. Fire safety is paramount in my houses. I'd recommend you rent from a private landlord who cares about their properties, like we do! 😁
