Salvation is once saved always saved because salvation is eternal not temporal. John 3:16 promises eternal life for those who believe, not temporal, conditional, nor life that can be given and taken away. ETERNAL LIFE. Either you have been saved once eternally, or you never have.

God did not look at fallen man and choose to save him based on his works. He worked to save people because He loves us despite our works. We cannot earn God’s love, He freely loved us first. Jesus died to to save all those who would believe in Him, not all those who deserve Him.

I am a Christian. I am not saved by my good works. I am not saved by my knowledge about God. I am not saved because I go to church. I am not saved because I got baptized. Jesus died for my sins and was resurrected. I am saved by grace through faith in Christ alone. Are you saved?

Reality;

The “ good” things we do, will never be good enough to “earn” our way to heaven. There is salvation in no other name than the name of Jesus. Trust Him.
