@AsdaServiceTeam 30% unavailable on my order Friday . My reorder (today) from the friday was cancelled - too late to rebook for tomorrow. I’ve had no contact giving an update. The only reason I know it’s cancelled is I’ve checked the tracking.
Truly appalling customer service!

@AsdaServiceTeam someone check for a DM please. 30% unavailable (laughably no milk or cheese in store to offer a substitute) on Friday delivery, reordered for today - no show with absolutely no contact from you. I want an explanation.

@ITVXhelp I have (not for the first time either) and it’s not resolved it. Surely you can see from all the posts on your feed that it’s an app issue. I feel like giving up watching Trigger point, it’s such hard work to watch :(

Exit app. Reopen app. Start programme again. Adverts. Buffering. Exit. Open. Start. Buffering. Exit. Open. Start. Buffering.
On and on until I give up and go to BBC.
Awful app!

RM really are the most frustrating company to deal with.
You cannot honestly call them a service any longer.

My other posts seem to have disappeared in to the ether…. A bit like their deliveries!

@RoyalMailHelp apparently I’ve received my delivery. At an address 212 miles away. Tracking shows parcel received at Manchester yesterday, out for delivery Manchester area this morning and magically delivered to Urmston at 10am. The required delivery address is in South Wales!

@DolceGustoUK My machine was delivered yesterday, the six boxes of coffee were missing. Really disappointed. I paid extra for the coffee pods and the best Amazon can offer me is a £5 credit……. I’ve now got a new machine with no coffee to use it.
