@FedEx is the worst delivery company. They have a place for delivery instructions, but clearly don’t look at the instructions. Also, people work for a living. I can’t be home at 10:30am to sign for a package.
After years of buying furniture from @AshleyFurniture, I will no longer be purchasing from them. Purchased a couch back in April, and it still has not arrived. We never received a call and getting a refund is a hassle to say the least. Poor customer service.
Since this tweet, less than 20 mins ago, I’ve received 2 more calls from @TruGreen. Harassment at its finest. I spoke to someone an hour ago who assured me I would not received any additional calls.
I submitted for a lawn care quote through @TruGreen yesterday. And since then, they have called 6 times. So today, I received 6 phone calls. Not one time did they leave a voicemail. I would never use their service now! Calling that much is rude!
It’s the most frustrating because EVERYONE around us has power. They were restored a day or more ago. Also, we were told yesterday around 5:30pm, that only 8-10 more hours.
Day 3, no power. We were told that power would be restored no later than 4pm today by @MyTPU. When I called @4:15pm, I was informed that they still have not assigned a crew and can’t provide me an update. But don’t worry, I can call back at 5pm for an update.
So now I get to spend another night away from home most likely. Throwing my infant off her schedule. And we get to throw away tons of food. Thanks @MyTPU.
Only time I am willing to pay shipping on large orders is for small businesses. And let’s be honest, even a lot of small businesses have a deal on shipping
Went to order over $100 worth of candles and hand soap from @bathbodyworks until I realized they didn’t have a deal for free shipping. Cancelled my order and searching elsewhere for fall candles/soap from a company that offers free shipping on large orders.
I understand having a dollar amount that you have to spend in order to get free shipping. But when it’s not offered at all? That doesn’t make sense. Especially for a large company
@amazon you should hire delivery drivers who show a little more care for the packages that are being delivered, especially since most people have cameras. I just watched the delivery driver drop the box, then kick the box a little to move it. Unacceptable.
After COVID-19 is over, I better NEVER hear anyone trash "low end" workers again. Those people at the grocery store, the Dollar General workers, those fast food workers, the Walmart employees, those people you didn't even think deserved to have a wage to survive on?
People are really digging deep to find offense in anything and everything! Now we are offended by the song “Baby It’s Cold Outside”?! Seriously?! Get a life people.
