@ponekeben National/ACT are always going to build more roads and tunnels whether we need them or not. Leave that to them when they’re in and instead focus entirely on public transport and the stuff that they’d never build, i.e the stuff that is actually needed.

@ponekeben Haven’t seen the details yet but I reckon the public would definitely get on board if that timeframe is actually possible. Timeframe of LGWM is so distant that no-one believes it’s ever going to be delivered and thus all that money has effectively been wasted anyway.
