5 hours spent on the phone to @Qantas today trying to get my parents flight ticketed so they could visit for the 1st time in 5yrs. They spent 8hrs in airport to find out they must fly from a diff airport tmw. Reason: system said no. Systems are built by people. Do better @Qantas
