@Delta needs to be held accountable for what they did to my mother and sister. Loaded the plane for their flight at 5:00 completely for them to say they are having radio issues so they have to delay the flight. Everyone has to get off.

They get to Atlanta at 2AM and no one has hotel vouchers and they are told they don’t know when they will be ready. ALONG WITH they weren’t allowed to get their luggage. So my mother and sister had to stay in a hotel on their dime with no clothes.
