@British_Airways My daughter was travelling alone to meet a friend in Tenerife and the only option she was offered was Monday, which is completely pointless as it was three days after the event. Utter disgrace @British_Airways Zero customer support or assistance for a lone female traveller

@British_Airways literally the worst level of customer service. Flight BA2702 cancelled today without warning, told “get your bags, you’ll get an email”! And that’s it! No explanation. Appalling.
