@Jere_Memez @MattWallace888 My money is on pilot error. Bad RNAV approach with AWS down at the airport. Pilot descended below minimums and was also not approved for RNAV approach due to visibility below 3/4 of a mile. Also this was likely a CAT 3 aircraft and RNAV isn't allowed for CAT 3 and higher there.
