@ATTHelp@ATTHelp@ATT@Uverse now I know what @ItCanWait really means @MyNews13@WFTV AT&T has fiber customers with no internet in Hunters Creek since Thursday with no sign of help or resolution all while throttling bandwidth on our plans as they force us to hotspot with no eta on fix.
@ATTHelp How long are AT&T Fiber outages allowed to go on unchecked? We have had entire sections of our neighborhood out for days. Today I called and support doesn’t even seem aware there is an outage. We work from home our internet is more than entertainment it’s a necessity.
@ATTHelp Thanks Greymar but I’m starting to get the impression you guys are AI messages from chat GTP that are auto generated. No one is helping and there is still no internet for days.
@ATTHelp We are in Hunters Creek in Orange County Florida in Orlando and parts of our community on your Fiber service have been without the service we pay for since Thursday with no ETA on a resolution and support still answering calls unaware of an outage. This is unacceptable.
@ATTHelp Thanks but we are being told by support that the issue is in our homes and they keep scheduling individual service appointments many days out. They are saying no one will see us until late next week and my neighbors are now on our community board all aware this is a mass outage.

@MorphSkywalker We get how important a reliable connection for work from home is. Our team is still working around the clock to help get things back on track in your area, your patience is highly appreciated. ^LauraF
